At group level, the company is responsible for ownership and corporate structure, governance framework, strategic oversight, intellectual property stewardship, and long-term business development. Operational activity sits within the individual platform businesses.

The group earns its own platform and service fees. It does not hold customer funds, operate wallets, provide escrow services, or carry out payment intermediation. These boundaries are a deliberate feature of the group’s business model.
